Part- time Merchandiser
Job Description:
This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays. On occasion assists with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Job Duties:
- Visit assigned stores to work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company
- Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating
- Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials
- Ensure POS is visible
- Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom
- Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
- Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place
- Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
- Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work
