Primary Responsibilities
- Stock and set up bar area as required.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Maintain all forms and reports as required.
- Maintain bar and lounge areas as required.
- Perform various janitorial duties as needed.
- Operate all bartending equipment such as mixers, blenders, dispensers, and washers.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Comply with all company standards, i.e., grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of mixology, wine, and alcohol awareness
- Previous bartending experience at a fine resort or equivalent
- The ability to act in a professional manner and be courteous.
