POSITION SCOPE
The role of Accounting Support is integral to the maintenance of precise financial records, facilitation of financial transactions, and the guarantee of adherence to accounting standards and regulations. This position entails close collaboration with the accounting team to deliver critical assistance across a range of accounting tasks.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- File confidential reports.
- Process G/L Entries.
- Serve as a support role to other members of accounting department
- Annual audit preparation support.
- Will share responsibilities for receivables including general ledger posting
- Assist with contract processing and plant sales
- Filing accounting records/Scanning
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or in business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Background in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
