Role Description
We are seeking a Sr. Software Consultant II for a full-time, on-site position in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing software solutions, and providing expert consulting services. The Senior Software Consultant II takes great pride in building highly scalable services using modern solutions, best practice engineering, automation, and cloud-forward methodologies. Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Consulting and general Consulting practices, including the ability to collaborate with clients and deliver tailored software solutions
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in various programming languages and frameworks
- Designing, developing, integrating, and customizing Oracle and other platforms using object-oriented development (e.g., Java), SQL, and modern web technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Implementing content-focused solutions, including web content management, document management, digital asset management, records management, and workflow automation for a manufacturing company
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and teamwork
- Experience with Oracle, Google Cloud, Mindbreeze, or PTC technologies is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Minneapolis, MN
