Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily restaurant service operations to ensure a seamless, efficient, and exceptional guest experience
- Monitor service standards and address operational challenges proactively to maintain consistency and quality
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Complete all opening and closing duties
- Directly supervises FOH staff, including servers, hosts, maitre d’s, bartenders, and support staff, and provides leadership to BOH teams in collaboration with the General Manager
- Oversee daily shift assignments, staff performance, and adherence to service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards across all team members
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure and maintain professionalism when working under stress
- Ability to work a flexible schedule per the needs of the business (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ensure that all staff are compliant with Company’s policies and procedures, as well as city, state and federal laws
