What You’ll Do:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installations and support your team in delivering work that meets the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and perform installations of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures

• Wire low- and high-voltage components to heating and cooling equipment

• Install copper refrigerant lines with brazing and soldering techniques

• Install sheet metal and flex ductwork in residential homes

• Safely connect gas lines to heating systems

• Assess installation requirements and pre-measure job sites for material accuracy

• Receive, verify, and load materials and equipment for each project

• Support teammates to ensure projects are completed on time and with excellence

• Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation

• Interpret and record equipment readings with full understanding of their implications

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

What You Bring:

• 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring installation techs

• High school diploma or GED required; EPA certification preferred

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service, time management, and troubleshooting abilities

• Integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic

• Mechanical aptitude and deep familiarity with HVAC systems and components

• Self-starter who works well independently and within a team

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid Washington state driver’s license

• Physical ability to climb, kneel, crouch, and lift as needed on the job
