As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.
What You’ll Bring1–3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries
Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred)
Work schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (with Friday overtime)
Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 4:35 PM
No weekends or holidays!
Competitive pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on skills and experience
