Position Summary:
1st & 2nd Shift Positions Available
Primary function is to maintain the building and property. The Maintenance Service Technician; is responsible for assisting Maintenance Manager in servicing equipment when available or needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Continuously improve processes.
- Assist Maintenance team as needed.
- Perform routine housekeeping duties.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- Complete paperwork and process work orders.
- Maintain 5's in all work areas.
- Supports the comprehensive, continuous improvement philosophy for all Fischer disciplines.
- Performs all job functions in accordance with set policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the Company Quality Policy.

Knowledge and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years maintenance experience with hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics.
Preferred Skills:
- Prefer experience with plastic injection molding machines and/or assembly equipment.
- Working knowledge of basic MIOSHA requirements.
