- Self Starter
- JCL knowledge

- ISPF
- z/OS familiarity
- JES2 basics
- SDSF basics
- SA for Z/OS basics
- CICS basics
- DB2 basics
- MQ basics
- VTAM basics
- TN3270 emulators familiarity
- PC basics, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.
