About the role:
In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products and enhancements for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and enhancements and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.

About the team:

This role is with our IBS Solution Group and they are dedicated to lead product competency and practices within the Value Stream and to realize business objectives. We are team of experienced Product Managers organized to deliver new products and enhancements in the areas of Core Banking, Sales and Service, Data and Analytics and Open APIs.

What you will be doing:

• Accountable for product lifecycle - roadmaps, pricing, rationalization recommendations, product growth.

• Market definition, market needs analysis and requirements, competitive analysis, and research to understand and define client needs

• Business case development to justify capital investments

• Own and manage go-to-market strategy execution

• Own the program backlog, create and prioritize features

• Ideate & design with the user in mind for a friction-free, consistent, delightful experience across FIS solutions

• Recommend and evaluate potential non-FIS relationships

• Internal and external voice for FIS products

• Develop the product roadmap for execution of business strategies, revenue growth and profitability goals, and risk assessments as part of a larger banking strategy

• Collaborates and sets expectations with Product Owners, stakeholders, customers, architects

What you will need:

• 7-10 years of recent experience leading data products and working closely in a cloud environment

• 5 years of recent experience with Data Transformation, Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.

• 5 years of recent experience with reporting tools and servicing clients with data products.

• 5 years of recent experience working with data and analytics concepts and practices

• 5 years of recent experience as a strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, UX, and business

• Strong understanding of data science

• Strong leader and collaborator with expertise in persuading teams to align to vision

• Experienced in facilitating process development and identifying paths to improve efficiency, consistency, market-fit, and time-to-revenue.

• Deep experience leading teams in an agile setting and refining agile to best fit business and development needs.

• Knowledge of the banking industry and associated products, experience with core banking solutions preferred

• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.

Added Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with Artificial intelligence in a data environment

• Knowledge of FIS products and services a plus but not required

• Knowledge of theFinancial Industry preferred.
