Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Senior Analysts, Quality Assurance in Jacksonville, FL to assist with all aspects of the software development life cycle. Responsible for gathering, understanding, and analysis of business requirements for new products. Design, develop, and deliver software solutions. Define requirements for new applications and customization, adhering to internal standards, processes, and best practices. Design and develop applications by writing advanced software automation code, systems to system interfaces and complete software solutions. Identify features or refinements that can improve an existing product and design. Responsible for testing, and quality assurance of the product to ensure that any new or modified components properly adhere to business standards. Create unit, functional and integration tests. Responsible for utilizing highly technical skills to create documentation, including user guide and software development guides to be followed by external customers and internal software development professionals. Run and maintain automation tests and review results on an on-going basis to management. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing and structuring tests in test driven development framework; creating the test automation framework and the test scripts using Selenium with C# programming language; designing the test automation framework on Page Object Model design pattern; performing Source code management and version control using GIT; creating and executing test scripts performance using JMeter to create documentation, including user guides and software development guides used by external customers and internal software development professionals; implementing Test Case Execution by performing smoke testing, sanity testing, integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, unit testing and system testing; performing database testing through MS SQL Server; executing the automated suite of regression test cases using NUnit framework; supporting User Acceptance Testing phase with business user; and retesting the code after bug is fixed and new build has been deployed.
