Schedule Overview
Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Regular Work Schedule (After Training):
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Required to work only two evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) per week
- The remaining three days will be day shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with past-due accounts
- Understand financial situations and offer payment solutions
- Maintain professionalism and provide a positive customer experience
- Meet call quality and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Dependable and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures
Work Location
- On-site at our Amherst, NY office
