What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
- Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in finding workable solutions
- Maintain accurate account documentation and records
- Follow all company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations
- Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer service
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related field
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
