What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exam Proctor position at Firstsource Solutions?
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Proctors / Hall Monitors for upcoming exams in Sacramento. The role involves maintaining exam security, supervising testing sessions, and ensuring compliance with testing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the exam room to ensure all candidates follow testing rules.
- Report any irregularities or incidents to the lead supervisor.
- Enforce testing policies and maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or valid Green Card holder.
- Ability to stand and monitor for 6–8 hours.
- Must be available for:
- Training December 5th 10:30am-2:30pm, and available for
- Test day December 6th 6:00am-2:00pm.
- Must complete onboarding training prior to the start date.
- People from education background will have an added advantage
- You will have to undergo a Background Verification Check keeping in mind the nature of the job
Schedule & Compensation
- Training Date: December 5th 10:30am-2:30pm
- Test Day: December 6th 6:00am-2:00pm
- Total work hours - Up to 13 Hours
- Hourly Rate: $22.00
