Compensation: $19-20/hr
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Check-in guests and record access card information.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations, addressing any inappropriate behavior promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including restrooms, lounge chairs, and surrounding spaces.
- Conduct regular safety checks, including monitoring water quality and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about pool hours, events, and community activities.
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance staff to report any issues or necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk around the pool area.
- Capable of working in outdoor conditions, including exposure to sun and varying weather.
- Comfortable working in a pool environment, which may involve exposure to chlorine and other chemicals.
