Our Company is seeking:
An experienced and highly motivatedPart-Time Overnight Security Rover for our Condominium in Hollywood Beach, FL (33019).
Schedule (16Hours):Saturday & Sunday (11p-7a; overnight)
Responsibilities:
- Oversees a fluid arrival and departure process at front desk and main lobby (greeting residents and guests)
- Investigates communicates professionally in person any resident complaints or rule violations, documenting and creating the incident report
- Assist in covering Front Desk for short breaks as needed
- Responds to all emergencies onsite and is the first to communicate situation to General Manager and team
