This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Performs office work directly related to HOA collection. May assist with all aspects of the collection process, including answering the phone, correspondence and completing workflows.
Compensation: $19-$20 per hour
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate per the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensures telephone calls are answered professionally, and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processes correspondence in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Prepares, generates, and maintains reports as required.
- Completes assigned workflows in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process payment plans as requested, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
- Conduct business with a high standard of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with operational tasks to support workflow and meet deadlines.
- Participate in meetings, communicate issues, obtain necessary approvals, and resolve problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable requirement, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Position involves sitting, standing and/or movement throughout the day. Must be able to transport oneself within the office.

- Professional indoor office environment.
- Full time position: Typical schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified; Schedule subject to change based on business needs.
- Overtime will be required from time to time.
- Consistent and regular attendance required.
