What You’ll Do
- Create an Unforgettable First Impression
Greet every guest with confidence, energy, and authenticity. Making them feel welcome the moment they walk in. - Own the Front Desk Experience
Serve as the central point of contact for all guests, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and positive. - Handle High-Volume Communication
Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly, polished tone. - Guide the Customer Journey
Direct customers to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes) and ensure seamless handoffs. - Be the Information Resource
Provide accurate answers regarding dealership operations, hours, events, and general inquiries. - Support the Team
Communicate customer arrivals to sales staff, assist with internal coordination, and jump in where needed. - Keep Things Running Smoothly
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Working Conditions
- Primarily desk-based within a dealership environment
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift
- Continuous phone and in-person customer interaction
- Occasional exposure to noise, exhaust fumes, and a fast-paced shop environment
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and peak business hours
