Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Success Manager located in Plantation, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The Client Success Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving inquiries, analyzing customer needs, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
- Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building with clients and stakeholders
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and provide strategic recommendations
