Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Live-Out Resident Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious, full-service Class A condominium comprising 69 luxury residences. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the opening of a new construction site, daily operations, maintenance of the building, and management of front desk staff and porters in high-end property. As the primary point of contact for residents and vendors, you will ensure the building operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently, promoting a welcoming and well-maintained environment.Minimum Requirements:· Minimum 7 years of experience as a building Resident Manager in a similar full-service or luxury residential property.· Proven experience in opening new-buildings, including equipment commissioning, systems activation, and all operational tasks required to bring a property online seamlessly.· Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical operations. This building is heated by city supplied steam.· Working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.· Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate building staff effectively.· Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with residents, staff, management, and vendors.· Ability and willingness to be on call 24/7 for building emergencies.· Knowledge of computers, email, text communication, and digital equipment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Overseeing daily building operations and maintenance.· Coordinating and supervising staff schedules and vendor work.· Ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely.· Conducting regular inspections of the property’s systems.· Maintaining accurate records of work orders, inspections, safety protocols, and vendor contracts.· Overseeing vendors, including coordination, scheduling, and quality control.· Responding promptly to resident service requests and emergencies.· Maintaining the property’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.Please read the above requirements carefully before applying.Salary is dependent on experienceBenefits:Sick DaysPaid time offPersonal DaysStipend for HousingExperience:· Resident Manager: 7 years (Preferred)Language:· English (Required)Ability to Commute:· New York, NY 10010 (Required)Work Location: In person
