What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Engineer position at firstPRO US?
Our client is seeking a QA Engineer in Boston, MA. This is a 12 month contract and onsite 3 days per week. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys solving complex problems, embraces automation and AI-assisted testing, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and end-to-end test plans based on business and technical requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Build and maintain automated test suites to improve test coverage and delivery speed.
- Leverage AI-enabled testing tools to improve test design, execution, defect analysis, and quality insights.
Technical Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
- Experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality reports.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
