Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator
Location: Waltham, MA
Schedule: Onsite Monday through Thursday (4 days per week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Support Coordinator to provide administrative, data entry, and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Support finance-related administrative activities, including invoice tracking, expense reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Assist with document preparation, reporting, and general office administration.
- Manage and organize information using Google Workspace and Apple-based applications.
- Maintain data integrity across internal systems and files.
- Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, office support, or finance support experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Apple applications.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
