Senior HR Generalist

đź’° Salary: Up to $90,000 Bonus
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to identify a Senior HR Generalist who will serve as a key member of a collaborative two-person HR team.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 230 employees.
- Administer employee benefits, 401(k), and leave programs.
- Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR compliance, policy administration, audits, and employment law requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and organizational development.
- Generate HR reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Experience processing payroll for a mid-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
