Senior Financial Analyst - Up to $115k
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations. This highly visible role partners closely with operations leadership and combines traditional finance responsibilities with hands-on manufacturing analysis. ***100% Onsite, then flexible
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances
- Maintain and improve standard costing processes
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reporting
- Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Lead inventory reconciliations and support cycle counts and physical inventories
- Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of Manufacturing Finance or Cost Accounting experience
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience supporting manufacturing or food production operations
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
