What You'll Do
As our Office Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting both our people and our business by:
Office Operations
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the office, creating an organized, professional, and efficient workplace.
- Develop and improve office procedures, workflows, and administrative processes that drive consistency and accountability.
- Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, equipment, travel, meetings, and company events.
Human Resources
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
- Coordinate recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Administer employee records, benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance documentation, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with corporate HR leadership to support company-wide initiatives and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Process Improvement & Organizational Development
- Build scalable administrative and HR processes that support a growing business.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and documentation.
- Support leadership with reporting, special projects, and organizational initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, HR administration, personnel records, and employment compliance.
- Experience creating processes, implementing organizational improvements, and supporting business growth.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, field services, or other service-based organizations is a plus.
