🚨 HIRING: Industrial FP&A Analyst | Easton, PA | $85K–$95K 6% Bonus
Our client is a fast-growing food manufacturing company seeking an Industrial FP&A Analyst to join their team in a newly created, high-impact role.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with 3–5 years of manufacturing cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or plant finance experience who enjoys partnering directly with operations and turning financial data into actionable business insights.
📍 Location: Easton, PA
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
💰 Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 6% performance-based bonus
✈️ Travel: Approximately 4 times per year to company locations in Miami, FL and San Antonio, TX
👤 Reports to: FP&A Manager
About the Opportunity
As the Industrial FP&A Analyst, you will serve as a key finance partner to plant leadership and provide financial oversight and analytical support for U.S. manufacturing operations.
You’ll have significant visibility into plant performance and the full plant P&L while working closely with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, and finance teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, collaborative, highly autonomous, and comfortable working directly in a production environment.
What You'll Do
• Partner with plant directors, supervisors, and operations teams to monitor production and financial performance
• Analyze Yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across 7 production lines
• Perform WoW, MoM, and YoY analysis by production line and product category
• Identify operational gaps and quantify their financial impact
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting covering raw materials, direct labor, utilities, purchase price variance, inventory, scrap, and cycle count variances
• Monitor and analyze Cost per Ton across multiple product categories
• Own the monthly close for plant cost centers across two U.S. manufacturing sites
• Analyze actuals vs. budget and investigate cost and expense variances
• Review cost allocations and identify/correct mispostings
• Build financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools from the ground up
• Prepare and present monthly plant performance reviews to leadership
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with plant leadership to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–5 years of experience in FP&A
✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
