Director, FP&A – Technology & Digital

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Financial Leadership
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial strategy
- Drive visibility into key cost drivers (headcount, cloud, vendors, infrastructure)
- Enhance forecasting tools and processes (e.g., Anaplan, reporting platforms)
Performance & Investment Management
- Build KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance
- Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive decision-making
- Align financial outcomes with operational execution
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across Technology and Digital
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
- Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation, automation, and AI investments
Team Leadership & Transformation
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and processes
- Champion data-driven decision-making and modern finance tools
What You Bring
- 10–15 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or strategic analysis
- Proven success leading complex investment planning in matrixed organizations
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience supporting technology or digital organizations is a strong plus
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive decisions
