We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a growing corporate IT team in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting end users across a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and password resets within Active Directory
- Support VPN technologies and remote access tools for hybrid/remote users
- Perform laptop imaging, configuration, deployment, and hardware refresh activities
- Support mobile devices including iOS and Android phones/tablets
- Assist with basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting and escalate advanced networking issues as needed
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset updates within the ticketing system
- Prioritize and manage multiple support requests while meeting service expectations
- Travel locally to nearby offices/sites as needed (up to 20%)
Qualifications:
- Experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user support within a corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 (O365), Active Directory, Windows 11, VPN and remote access tools, Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN)
- Experience with laptop imaging and deployment processes
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
