Director of Analytics
We are looking for a Director of Analytics to work as an intermediary between our data products and lending clients. In this hands-on role, you will work as the go-to expert on lending with heavy external customer interaction. This is an exciting role where you will work across multiple departments to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies, and coinciding with this, you will work closely with the Sales department to bring on new customers. The role will manage a small team of people, but the majority of the day-to-day work is very much hands-on, delivering findings/analysis to customers, and ensuring tech and non-tech internal teams are aligned across the org.
Experience
- 10 years of overall data science and/or analytics experience with 5 years in the financial lending industry.
- Highly skilled with Excel and SQL. Comfortable discussing various metrics with technical teams.
- Ability to translate data into a narrative that resonates with executive stakeholders.
