Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide personal care assistance with activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
- Prepare meals and help with feeding, considering dietary needs.
- Offer companionship to enrich clients’ emotional well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Provide medication reminders as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to families or healthcare professionals.
Job Requirements
To join our team, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Negative TB test results
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to stand for extended periods as needed
- Two professional references
