Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in client's condition to the care team
- Document care provided and client's condition
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Social Security Card
