We are hiring PCAs in Reston, Herndon, Vienna, McLean, Great Falls, Oakton, and Fairfax.

FirstLight Home Care is growing quickly and actively onboarding caregivers now.

As new clients begin services, you will be among the first considered for available shifts with our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Prepare and serve meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Shopping, errands, and transportation
• Other home care tasks as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification – REQUIRED
• Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
• Compassion, patience, kindness, and professionalism
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
