Overview
FirstLight Home Care is currently hiring Part-Time Caregivers / Home Care Aides who are looking to supplement their income with flexible work hours.
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour
Service Area: Fairfield and nearby communities
Part-time opportunities / 4 - 24 hours per Week
Mornings, Days & Afternoons (weekdays and weekends)
Additional daytime shifts ranging from 4–6 hours available throughout the week and on weekends

Minimum Qualifications
Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California
Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience (home care experience preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current TB test or screening
Ability to pass a background check
Two valid forms of identification
Willingness to travel within the service area
Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
Support mobility and maintain a safe living environment
