Role Overview:
As a Community Outreach Coordinator at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with referral sources. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to maintain and grow key partnerships while increasing revenue. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping people have their best day, every day by providing compassionate home care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish meaningful relationships with referral sources to expand our network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
- Maintain and grow key partnerships to foster collaboration and support.
- Conduct regular outreach to potential referral sources, showcasing our services.
- Assist with promotional events and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and/or Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese.
- Demonstrated sales or outreach experience, preferably in healthcare or community services.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.
