Role Description The Community Liaison is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for promoting FirstLight Home Care’s services within the local community. This role includes building and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, senior centers, social service organizations, and community groups. The Community Liaison will organize and participate in outreach activities and events, provide information about home care services, and represent the organization in a professional, compassionate manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting community presentations, responding to inquiries from prospective clients and families, supporting the intake process by connecting interested individuals to the appropriate internal contacts, and tracking outreach efforts to help grow awareness and referrals. The role collaborates closely with caregiving and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive experience for clients and partners.
