Caregiver (PCA/CNA) – Immediate Openings
FirstLight Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team! If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in someone's life every day, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a FirstLight Home Care caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors and adults remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Preparing meals and light snacks
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Encouraging light exercise and daily activities
- Providing medication reminders
- Transporting clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

All interviews, orientation, and training are conducted in our Brunswick office. After onboarding, we'll do our best to match you with clients in your preferred service area.
We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing us to offer flexible schedules that fit your availability.
Qualifications
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Current TB Test (may be obtained through your primary care provider, local health department, or Peachtree Immediate Care)
- Must successfully pass a Level II Background Check
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
