Position Responsibilities: Here are the responsibilities you'll undertake in the role of a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA):

• Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Provide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and more
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor, Record and Report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor
• Utilize our Time Management system for Clock-in/Clock-out and Document completed tasks in accordance with company policies
• Stay updated with our relevant changing technology
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations.
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
  
  
  

Position Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum skills required:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Possession of state-required certifications
• Valid Driver’s License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
