What does a FirstLight Caregiver do?
● Personal Care: Our Caregivers travel to client homes and personal care needs such as assisting with mobility, toileting, dressing bathing, feeding and medication reminders.
● Home Needs and Errand Services: They also assist clients with light housekeeping, meal prep and even run errands for them too.
● Companion Care: They aim to make a connection, build rapport, and provide companionship and social interaction with those they work with. They love helping and have a heart for those in need.
Job Requirements:
● Have at least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
● Have reliable transportation (car, driver’s license, and car insurance)
● Compassionate and Empathetic – someone who feels called to help others
● Personable – enjoys being with and engaging with other people
● Responsible and of high integrity – someone that others can count on when they need them. Someone who is looking to always do the right thing.
