The Role of Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care
As a FirstLight Home Care caregiver, you will have an opportunity to use your talents to help people remain safely in the comfort of their own homes. We assist adults with ADL's including Mobility Assistance, Dressing, Eating and Personal Hygiene. We also assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and errand/appointments assistance. Most importantly we are companions, friends, and compassionate caretakers that strive to improve the lives of our patients.
Experience, Qualities and Qualifications…
● At least 1 year experience working as a caregiver, personally or professionally.
● Driver’s License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable transportation.
● Personable - outgoing - enjoys conversation and helping others - a people person.
● Accountable and Responsible - being consistent, on time and reliable - being there for those who need you.
● Integrity and work ethic - someone who is always looking to do the right thing.
