Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, MAs in the Lehigh Valley to provide essential support and assistance to senior clients in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, and working with individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's or on hospice. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

Duties
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting changes in their condition.
- Give reminders for medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or memory-related issues.
- Accompany a client to appointments or errands
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times, including light housekeeping
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of care plans, dementia care, and patient monitoring techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Recent TB test and 2 professional references are required.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
