FirsTier Bank is searching for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join our Greeley, Colorado team. This position represents the bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all the bank's products and services.

Essential Functions
Build and develop new commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
Prospect and source lending/banking opportunities
Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit requests.
Emphasize sound underwriting with focus on loan policy and compliance.
Deliver high quality credit presentations through analytics and market analysis.
Introduce different types of loans based on the analysis of customer needs, explore all options.
Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain referral networks, alternate channels and other measures to optimize the performance
Support the bank's strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, excellent product knowledge, and community involvement.
Job Type: Full-time; Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development
Communications proficiency and ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Significant experience with direct and indirect lending products and practices
Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software applications.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
- Thorough understanding of customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field desirable.
Education and Experience:
Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
