FirsTier Bank is seeking a full-time Commercial Banker to join our team at our Greeley, CO location. This on-site role involves managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering customized financial solutions, analyzing financial documents, managing loan portfolios, and overseeing underwriting and treasury management services to meet client needs.
- Experience in Treasury Services and Treasury Management
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Portfolio Management
- Proficiency in Underwriting and financial analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in commercial banking is highly advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Greeley, CO
