FirstFour Staffing is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to support engineering and operational activities within an industrial environment. This position will assist with the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and instrumentation systems to help ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support electrical and instrumentation projects from planning through implementation
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment and control system issues
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Help maintain and improve instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams on system performance and reliability
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and industry regulations
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in electrical, instrumentation, or industrial engineering environments preferred
- Familiarity with electrical systems, PLCs, controls, and instrumentation equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
