SUMMARY
The Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring each case moves smoothly through the legal process. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage case files from initial intake through settlement and closure.
- Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, and third parties to ensure progress and accuracy.
- Request, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and insurance documents.
- Prepare demand packages, settlement documentation, and correspondence for attorney review.
- Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and assist with scheduling depositions or court appearances.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with firm and legal standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in a personal injury or legal office required.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
