The Commercial HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems in commercial facilities.
Pay will Depend on level of experience $30 - $35 hourly
Job Location is Pensacola, FL (must live local - no perdiem)
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- HVAC certification EPA Universal Certification required.
- Must be able to pass 7-year background and pre-employment drug test.
