Design Architect

Fairhope, Alabama | Full-Time, On-Site

We’re looking for a highly motivated architect who thrives in both independent and team settings, enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion, and values design excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to all phases of design—from conceptual development through construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, documentation, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Apply strong technical and detailing skills to complex project types.
• Participate in client presentations and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure creative, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
• 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Architectural registration preferred (or active pursuit of licensure).
• Proficiency in design and technical documentation; 3D modeling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
