What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Dispatcher position at FirstFleet Inc?
FirstFleet is a national trucking company in need of a Fleet Supervisor/Dispatcher for our Romulus, MI facility.
Sunday – Tuesday and every other Saturday 10:00am – 10:00pm
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Tracking and scheduling of Drivers & Freight
- Customer communications
- Email Communication
- Telephone Communication
- Monitoring Hours of Service
- Monitoring inbound paperwork
- Experience with TMW preferred but not required
Job Requirements
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows)
- TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Willing to work overtime if necessary
- Willing to work Weekends and some Holidays
Weekly salary pays based on experience
Full benefit package available including medical, dental, vision, hearing, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, and life insurance. Paid vacations after 90 days of hire.
