What You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments: Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes, and BDC
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers to achieve performance goals
• Oversee customer experience standards to ensure a premium Harleyâ€'Davidson environment
• Manage inventory strategy, merchandising, and showroom presentation
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with Harleyâ€'Davidson brand standards and dealership policies
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customerâ€'first service
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume automotive, RV, Marine, or Powersports
• Motorcycle experience or Harleyâ€'Davidson enthusiasm is a major advantage
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financials and drive profitability
• Exceptional leadership skills — able to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customerâ€'service abilities
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for the Harleyâ€'Davidson lifestyle
• Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'traffic dealership environment
