Honda of Murfreesboro is hiring now for a Collision Center Manager to lead our high-volume collision repair operation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Collision Center
• Lead, coach, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, apprentices, and support staff
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to OEM repair procedures
• Monitor production, cycle time, quality, CSI, and profitability
• Review estimates and repair plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and facility standards
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork and accountability
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous Collision Center, Body Shop, or Collision Repair Management experience required
• Experience estimating collision repairs is preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Thorough understanding of collision repair processes, production scheduling, and insurance procedures
• Knowledge of OEM repair standards and quality control practices
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Strong computer proficiency with estimating and management software
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
