Qualifying flagged hours above 40 are paid at DOUBLE your established guaranteed hourly rate.
At a $45 per hour established rate, that's $90 per hour on qualifying flagged hours above 40.
Compensation based on your experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs

- 2 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently
- A technician who takes pride in their skill and wants compensation that recognizes it
